- Meeting Host and rank (for example, Ann Jones, Diamond)
- Name of Meeting Location (for example, The ABC Convention Center)
- Contact Name, phone number, and e-mail (Who should people contact if they have questions about your meeting?)
- Language (for example, Spanish and English)
- Meeting Cost
- Other helpful information
